I am Reena Kami, I am an Ayush Ministry, Government of India certified Yoga Therapist,yoga teacher, Meditation coach, Face yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra teacher, cosmetologist and Certified Happiness Coach from Berkeley Institute of well-being, California and Happiitude India. I have a certificate in food and nutrition. I am conducting yoga group classes, personal therapy-based classes, meditation, yoga nidra, face yoga, chair yoga and happiness coaching for many people. My clients have immensely benefited with my yoga therapy, yoga sessions, meditation, face yoga classes.

I am practicing yoga and meditation for many years now, I am a vipassana meditator, having done intense vipassana meditation for 4 times as of now. I am a certified yoga therapist where I do work with individual or group of 2 or 3 which I give therapy sessions according to client’s health problems.

As a happiness coach, I do conduct happiness workshop and happiness program. Many people after attending my sessions and taken 1:1 personal session have immensely benefited a lot.

I am committed to bring happiness, well-being and positivity through my yoga, meditation/mindfulness practices and happiness coaching services and try to reach and as many as people. I am trained cosmetologist and have worked with the dermatologist and in the skin clinics and beauty industry.
